Upon our arrival to the dealership after driving a one way rental vehicle for Approximately SEVEN HOURS, we were met by our Salesperson, Yoana Leon who works in the Internet Sales Department and new to the dealership. She took us to Willie Peraza, General Sales Manager, Braman BMW office and introduced us where Leon received instructions. All Sales Staff especially Yoana Leon and BMW Sales Manager Everyone was very friendly. We were very please with her assistance and rate her as exceptional.

I got my 3rd BMW at Braman a few weeks ago. The overall experience was satisfactory but I gave a 5 start review based solely on my experience with my client advisor, Richard Vinneccy. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. He was very attentive and I felt he had my back at all times.
