HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Drove 3 hours round trip for nothing. I did all the work. It could have been the easiest sale, cash payment and done! It was the wrong car! Seemed like a lot of games! The car we wanted (manual) was supposedly sold a week ago. The salesman claimed ignorance by saying he was out of town for a month and didn't know. I financed a Certified BMW X1-2017 back in 06/2020. Since then I had to take the car already 3 times into service. First it was because of a missing part, then in 12/2020 for replacing the battery which died on me in the middle of the road at a gas station. In January 2021 I had to bring it in again for oil service and replacement of brake pads. The estimated cost was around $1700 total.
