I purchased a car entirely remotely. My salesman, Ray, was fantastic. Responsive and reasonable, top-notch and no-nonsense. We both said what we could and couldn't do and that was that - no games. The finance piece was smooth - a little FedEx-ing here and there, and it worked out great. The vehicle was shipped to me and arrived clean, full of gas, exactly as described. Just really straightforward. That, to me, is a five-star experience.
Mo Reza is the least professional scam artist I have ever come across in my entire life. Just know if you EVER purchase a car from Braman Motors, they will sell you a lemon, refuse to fix the car, ignore all 1000 attempts to have the issue rectified, and ignore your warranty. THIS IS YOUR WARNING NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
