BEWARE! I brought my brand new car into them to fix. They gave it back to me having replaced the dash screens with scratches in the dash and some type of grease all over the dash and windshield! And, they didn't fix the issue! Came back the same day.
Came in for a diagnostic and repair due to coolant leakage. The service advisor looked under the hood for less than 30 seconds and immediately quoted us $1,140 just for the diagnostic — major red flag. When we questioned the price, he asked us what we thought would be “fair,” instead of giving a clear breakdown of what the diagnostic included. Great Dealership. The Service Dept is comfortable and offers great Coffee Drinks while you wait. As with any Dealership, prices are on the high side. But the excellent service and amenities are worth it.
Finally found a moment to write this review that’s overdue. I have had so many negative experiences at this service center that I dread every visit. I have been going to braman bmw service center for about five years or more with multiple cars. I have had experiences with a few different service advisors as it seems the turnover there is pretty high, so it’s hard to build a relationship or have a history with a service advisor.
