I dropped off my car for a regular oil service, they had me waiting regardless of my appointment. I got a text saying that my car was ready for pickup, I show up and they said they car was late because they were “finishing washing it”. After waiting for 50 minutes I got my car, but the exact same way I dropped it off, dirty and with oil light on. With both oil and engine lights on. First off they have a feeder system that props up the five star reviews. After you get service the advisors says the survey is linked to their bonus and ratings and it needs to be five stars. Service advisors should give you updates more easier but barely reach out to you and you have to see them physically to get a any questions answered and the wait times they say are never accurate. This was the absolute worst car service experience I’ve ever experienced my life to date. The service advisers are honestly terrible, and are only looking to get you in and out and pay without caring about giving quality, customer service. This place needs to take a good look within and fix their overall customer care experience before another dealership opens up in Miami and knocks them out of their pathetic, small pond. You won’t get my business ever again. Good luck on changing from within.

I ordered 2 sensors from them, today is the 8th day and I don’t have any answer of sending the parts out or refund my money. I called 30+ times and still can’t get an answer. By the Google reviews it seems like a shitty place to buy parts. Mr manager fire the jerk from online parts he’s useless, I left messages I sent emails I made a claim via PayPal and still no answer.
