I had a great experience working with Charlie Luaces! He was friendly and helpful in pricing out different options. I took my Hyundai in for work on a scratch on my passenger door that started to rust and on my license plate. Both were done on time (1 week) and in line with the quote I received. My Service Advisor Saony Hidalgo was amazing. Someone ran into the back of my electric BMW & their insurance company wanted to pay out less than the repairs would cost. Saony explained everything clearly, worked with the insurance company to get a larger payout and minimized my out of pocket costs. The work was really nicely done, the car looks like new. Thank you.
