Expensive but the team goes above and beyond to resolve issues.
The customer service reps are more worried about having you fill out a survey instead of taking care of your needs. They use AI for texts and then can’t answer your questions or return phone calls. I tried for 3 years to make it work, but I have had enough. I will never go there again.
I had a terrible experience with their service department. Mr. Harvey attended me, I sit in front of this gentleman and he is on his phone scrolling for a good 30 seconds without any greeting or acknowledging me. First thing he tells me, it will be $450 to inspect the issue and we don’t run scanners for free. I said ok, what about the complimentary multi point checkup?
