Quinter family was promised a key for our BMW i7. We took delivery of the car Jan 1 2024. $158,000 car and only one key. They owe it to us and we yet to receive it. I’m keeping this bad review up until they make it right. I’m not asking for special treatment, I’m asking for the 2nd key that we are owed in our contract!! We owe is in the docs! Help us out here.
