This is one of the best Dr.’s offices I have ever been to. Dr. Bret Braly is a great surgeon. He has fantastic bed side matters. He is a Christian which is a plus in my book. His office staff is awesome. They are very professional. They offer great customer (patient) service. His medical team cares & has a lot of knowledge , which really means a lot to me.
I have never had a bad experience with any member of the staff here. They are all extremely pleasant and it doesn’t matter if it’s on the phone or in person. All are competent and know what they are doing. As for Dr. Braly, he is knowledgeable and patient. He makes sure you know what’s going to happen every step of the way for your treatment with a calm and welcoming demeanor. The ladies at the front desk were so very polite! Everyone in back were all so very nice and helpful!! I will be using Dr. Braly as my back doctor from now on!! ALL his staff is exceptional!!
