Called Bralley’s in a panic after I had called Franks plumbing and air this morning for them to come give us a estimate on our central air unit because we have been without A/C since yesterday morning and franks told us they had availability today, and it’s now 4:15pm and still no word on franks so we called Bralley’s and they said give them an hr and they’ll be out. Excellent company. I had a technician working on my AC three hours after calling on a Sunday, with no extra fee. You can't really find that anywhere else. Fixed my issue and did preventative maintenance for less than I spend on groceries. 10/10
Noticed our A/C wasn’t working around 5:30 on a Monday night. Googled thinking it would be hard to get someone out on short notice with temps at 100 degrees all week. Randomly called a number and Blake answered and said he was on a call but would be able to come to us in an hour or two. He called within that time frame, came out and fixed the problem which was a simple one and charged for a service call only which was very reasonable. Keeping his card and will recommend him to everyone.
