After my initial call that our heater went out, Blake came out within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price to fix it and a time frame he would have it completed. He and Bob came back the same afternoon after another job they had and fixed the issue in exactly the time frame he anticipated (even bit sooner). Very professional and honest. Definitely will call again if I have any more issues.
