Brake's Plus on Broadway, Never again! Posts ➡Wow, I had the absolute worst experience with this Brake's Plus location ever! I went in last Saturday to have an oil change and they were to look at my broken antenna and repair my radio/back up camera/horn which is all hook up apparently together. They fixed that same problem 15 months ago for a lot of money. So I return for the car they changed oil but did nothing else! The mechanic literally told me to fix my own antenna. This is the first time I'm going to this place! They were very friendly as soon as I walked in, I'm doing an oil change. They inspect your car for free and they'll let you know anything that they spot that needs your attention, which is very helpful! They even gave me a ride home until my car gets done, and when I get my car back I'll write another review....
I have been taking my car there for a long time. They're honest and they don't fix things that don't need fixing. I take it there for everything except tires and they've always done me right. Dan is great!
