I had an appointment at 1pm to get new breaks. When I called to make the appointment they told me it would take an hour and cost $99 per axle. At 2 pm they had just finished looking at my truck and came back with their estimate for work. $500 and it didn't need break pads. At 3pm they told me it would take an hour and a half to do the service. At 3 pm they hadn't even started the service.
