Definitely not recommended. Checked in at 9:30am for a simple state inspection and left at 1:30pm with absolutely nothing done. Four hours of waiting, zero progress, and no real communication. The manager also didn’t seem interested in helping or acknowledging the delay. I came in based on good reviews, but this experience was the complete opposite. Ended up going somewhere else in Prosper and was done in 15 minutes.
Great service
Bruce was very kind and helpful throughout the entire visit! Miguel was quick to point out that I didn’t need a new battery, the connector was just loose and needed to be replaced. I’m 100% satisfied with the service here, will be back!
Bruce was amazing, had to my tire realignment due to my car needing new tires. He was very transparent about everything and was well informed about the process. Would definitely comeback later if I need anything else
