My AC went out in my car. If you have experienced Texas heat you know that’s an emergency. Eric Smith was able to assess the problem, order parts, and get my AC back working within 24 hours. I appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. Thank you for getting my AC back blowing snow ☺️
I just had my car inspected at the store and the experience was efficient and thorough. The technicians were knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I appreciated the transparency—no pressure to upsell services This is my third visit with the store. Had my battery changed few weeks ago. The staffs had been so amazing every time. Will be coming back when I need my car service.
Overall, I had a great experience at this location. Eric, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations on what should be done first. He explained everything clearly and in detail, which made me feel confident in my decision. I went ahead with the work he suggested, and I’m very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back when my vehicle is due for its next service. 10/10 experience!
