I had such a good experience at Brakes Plus! Erick and his team were super helpful from the moment I got there. They checked my brakes, explained what needed to be done, and replaced my brake pads. Everything was quick, the price was fair, and I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn’t need. Really appreciate Erick and the team for taking care of my car and making the whole process easy. Definitely recommend them!
My experience with Bruce was awesome! He took care of me so efficiently and effectively! He completed my car in just a few hours! The best part is he didn’t try to make me get things done that I didn’t need! Amazing experience! I will be getting all my maintenance done here!
Let's just say not every Brakes Plus is the same. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Prosper. You won't be disappointed. I went in with what I thought was going to be a quick in and out. unfortunately they found I had more issues to deal with, but they went above and beyond to handle the situation.
