I fondly remember my first visit when Matt was able to point out what my car actually needed to pass inspection and that the $800 repair suggested by Firestone in Cary was unneeded. In fact the only repair I needed at that time was replacing the sensor they tore up installing! I cannot count the number of friends I have referred here to include trying to get my workplace's fleet serviced here!!! They are downright AWESOME.
Excellent service, equally great customer service! Fair prices and knowledgeable staff, always left the shop satisfied that I was well take care of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs/service!!

I have used these guys for about 5 years and my 5 year old SUV has over 200,000 miles and it is in no small part to the expertise and support of Brakes Plus.
I find that it is incredibly, incredibly rare to have an excellent customer service experience these days. BUT, I can honestly say that is what we continue to experience at Brakes Plus. PRETTY CLOSE TO PERFECT! – This is the ONLY place to bring your car/truck in my opinion. They are HONEST, UP FRONT, & do not recommend OR fix any more than what is necessary at the time - unless YOU WANT to go beyond. The rest is "CUSTOMER EDUCATION" & YOU make the call. YOU are given the info to help budget your repairs on a timeframe which makes sense. If everyone was this professional and sported a conscience and care for each other like this... it'd be like HEAVEN. Thanks BrakesPlus guys! ALL of YOU!!!!
Friendly Staff - very accommodating. I was in the area and realized my wife's care was way past due for an oil change. Stopped by to see if they could fit me in. They got everything done in no time! Good service, reasonable price... just a little more pricey the last place I went. I would go back.
