I will NEVER use this place again!! I work in the same shopping center and have used them TWICE out of the last 10 times I have asked for them to work on my car! All I needed was a tire plugged this morning (travelling for the holidays) and was immediately shut down and told NO before I could even say anything! Maybe because I'm a woman?? Worst customer service I have ever received! I will make sure my friends and co-workers will not use this place as well!
I have been a very happy customer for over six years! I love getting phone calls with estimates prior to work being performed and they are happy to answer all of my questions so that I understand the work needed. I have always received great recommendations for the care of my Honda. Ryan has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommended Brakes Plus!
I've been servicing my vehicles at Brakes Plus for 8+ years and I can't recommend them enough. They are the absolute best shop to get work done at. Everyone up there is knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I've mostly dealt with Tim Guenther and he's always shot me straight. They do honest work and always have had my best interest in mind when diagnosing issues and giving me repair options (what work is really necessary vs not). Do yourself a favor, go to Brakes Plus the next time you need work done on your vehicle.
These guys provide the highest quality work and the best customer service I have ever experienced in a shop. When they say they treat you like part of the family, that's not just a slogan, these guys are awesome, completely fair and trustworthy, truly the best mechanics I have ever had work on my car in my 25 years of driving. My wife and I will only ever have work done here and we recommend them to anyone and everyone we meet.
Tell you what... it's hard to find a reputable mechanic these days but we sure did at Brakes Plus!! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely and last but not least TRUSTWORTHY ! We started going there not long after Glen opened the doors years ago and have never sought anyone else since! Why should we?? We found the BEST in the area!
