Counter staff, extremely off hand Customer service was -5, sorry if I interrupted your screen time!
Once again the team went above and beyond to help me source a rare spring. Cathy grabbed Mick(?) off another job as he was passing the service counter and Mick (who famously throws out nothing) disappeared into the storeroom to emerge with a box of bits nobody else knew existed. This is service!
