Absolutely the best in Coffs
I am writing to pass on my highest praise for the team at Brakepoint (Pedders) in Coffs Harbour, following an interstate trip last week. While traveling away from home, my Toyota HiAce van required urgent brake repairs. Walking into an unfamiliar store can be stressful, but from the moment I arrived, Troy and Cathy made me feel completely at ease. They greeted me warmly, listened carefully to my situation, and provided a clear, straightforward quote for the necessary disc rotor replacement. I cannot thank this franchise team... read more
Had our clutch fail. Brakepoint fitted us in as we are travelling. They installed a new heavy duty clutch. Very proffesional. Great service at the counter and kept us updated on progress. Our hire car arrangements ran out so they gave us a courtesy car .So saved money there. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much, Cathy & Troy, for your help! There were no available appointments for another week, but I only had a small issue. Since I’m currently living out of my 4WD while travelling, they kindly told me to come back the next morning when they opened. They fixed the problem quickly and even offered me a coffee! Thank you again—you saved an amazing part of my road trip. I really appreciate your kindness and outstanding customer service!
Awesome service. We are travelling through NSW with a caravan and needed repairs to an airbag and new brake rotors. Brakepoint fitted us in and fixed both problems quickly and efficiently. And at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone.
