Rude. Will never go back. – I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:00pm on a Friday. I made the appointment over a week ahead of time. I snuck out of work early and got to Brake team at 3:50pm, went into the office, and the big guy behind the counter looked irritated that i was even there. He didnt ask my name or anything. Go elsewhere!! – A total rip off! Don't go here! I took my car in to the Brake Team because my emergency brake light had been coming on while driving. I was told all of my brakes were dangerously low, and that there was a leak in the hydraulics in the back - they gave me an estimate of $600. I couldn't afford that, but I paid $350 for the rear end problems and was warned to have the front end done as soon as possible as the brakes were "below the safety limit". Good Auto Repair Place – I went in for an oil change and received great service, Very fast a convienient location where I cold leave my car and walk to do other errands. They took the time to explain what they did and to tell me about some work that needs to be done in the near future. I will be back next time I need an oil change
Literally made my car more dangerous to drive. – I'd be safer paragliding at some sketchy place in Mexico.They baited me in there by having a good price and location compared to Scwab, went in for what was estimated to take three hours max (and two hours at most other places), finally got a drivable car five days later. An all-around great experience – I had a great experience at you NW Everett location. While I went in with a seemingly small problem it turned out to be a little more of a pain than any of us thought. Dave called around to about a zillion (!) places to find an upper starter bolt that would fit my pick up. He actually found it and got things taken care of the next day! I was so pleased with the friendliness of Dave and Keith that I'll definitely go back as well as refer friends. Thanks!
brake team rocks! – I am a returning customer at brake team..My first visit didnt go well as it should of. The mechanic that worked on my car didnt take the time to explain what was being fixed and charged me additional charges that I didnt expect. Clean and Thorough Service – Clean location. Bathrooms a little small. Friendly personnel. Brake work took longer than originally communicated but work done to satisfaction. I have since recommended service at this location to friends and co-workers. Price seemed a little high but the location was very favorable for working downtown.
