Good advice, good service – I've been to this Brake Specialists location several times, for anything from an oil change to new tires to changing the belts. The service has generally been pretty quick, with only one exception, and on that occasion, they told me it could take the day because of the vehicles ahead of mine. As long as repair shops are honest and up-front, I have no problem with this. The prices are not cheap, but they are fair. Don't take your car to this place – I took my car in early in the morning, they kept it all day charged me 500 dollars to replace parts told me it was fixed but it was not. I took it to another place and in a half hour it was fixed right and only twenty dollars. DON"T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!
Vice president is not pleasant. – The vice president of the company does not treat people very well.
outstanding service – I went in for a brake inspection. The guy behind the counter greeted me and offered the free brake inpsection. They checked my car out and then offered me a couple of different estimates on how to fix my car. He explained the pros and cons of each repair and I went with the middle repair. Terrible place to take your car – We had some disatisfaction with some event but the manager at least called to try to resolve. No more comments.
The worst - run for the hills! – Today my husband came to this place of business to get an inspection sticker for his work truck. He was told it would be an hour so he left the truck. Someone called him in 20 minutes and hung up the second he answered the phone. He went back over and was told it needed a liscence plate bulb and it would be $37.50.
