Very unprofessional management, something odd going on there since Colton left, 2 managers in such a short time and both telling me completely different issues with my car. I thought the mechanic determined the issue not the crooked sales person at the counter. Do not go here,find a decent and honest shop

Best Customer Service EVER! – I am new to Austin and i didnt really know where to take my vehicle to, I started searching on the web for local mechanic shops, when I saw all of the reviews for Brake Specialists in Cedar Park. So I went there and all the reviews where dead on, these guys are really good and very nice. The manager was awsome and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I think I found my new shop.
Very Bad News- Colton is no longer with the company and it shows, my husband and I had the worst visit ever not only did they seem not to care, the tech was short and rude he was polite on prior visits. The new manager looked lost we are at a lost we were referred there 3 years ago and now we must find a new shop, if anyone knows where Colton is working please post for the rest of his loyal customers to follow. If this was not Colton s choice it was a BAD choice on the part of Brake Specialists. C & R

terrible – went to the location in cedar park for some electrical problems on my cadillac to try and save money from the high prices of the dealer....big mistake but i was assured that i was having a gm certified tech of over 20 years that would be able to fix it...what a joke not only was my car not fixed properly but it was left scratched up inside and dirty finger prints every where and they charged me $700 dollars for nothing at all except a dirty scrathed up car took it to cadillac and it was an alternator fixed in 2 ho... read more
BEWARE :( – BEWARE ....This place is a BIG rip off and waste of time. I wish I would've read some of these reviews before taking my car here. I was quoted a price of $500 and took it to Reyes Automotive in Kyle on Bebe Road. They SERIOUSLY charged me $250 for the same job. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you want to save $$$.
