terrible – went to the location in cedar park for some electrical problems on my cadillac to try and save money from the high prices of the dealer....big mistake but i was assured that i was having a gm certified tech of over 20 years that would be able to fix it...what a joke not only was my car not fixed properly but it was left scratched up inside and dirty finger prints every where and they charged me $700 dollars for nothing at all except a dirty scrathed up car took it to cadillac and it was an alternator fixed in 2 ho... read more
BEWARE :( – BEWARE ....This place is a BIG rip off and waste of time. I wish I would've read some of these reviews before taking my car here. I was quoted a price of $500 and took it to Reyes Automotive in Kyle on Bebe Road. They SERIOUSLY charged me $250 for the same job. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you want to save $$$.

From a customer! – To whom it may concern. Ever since Dave Thomason left Brake Spec. in Buda, my wife and myself had a dicussion w/ Aaron Eaves & Anshon Aldridge. We informed them that we have been VERY satisfied w/ the work that Dave T. was giving us. We have given them both a chance to give the very same service. Honest Brake Inspection – The techs at the Brake Specialists in Buda are some stand up guys. They looked my Kia over for brakes and told me in was in good shape. They even brought me out to see the condition of the brakes. I had them do an oil change while I was there, since I felt bad that they didn't want to take my money for the brake inspection. Treated us great on a $19.95 HEB coupon oil change – I wasn't expecting much when I brought my vehicle in with a $19.95 HEB coupon for an oil change. Their waiting room was clean. They had hot coffee for the customers. The bays looked really clean. They got me in and out quickly. They even took me out to the vehicle to show me a few things. I was really impressed. I will be back in the future.
Replaced my golf cart tires – I brought these guys my loose golf cart wheels and had them replace the tires on them. They worked me in even though they were obviously quite busy and they got them back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be back to let them do some service on one of my vehicles soon.
Saved me big time! – I was headed through on my way to San Antonio from Georgetown and lost my brake pedal. I got on my Iphone and searched shops around Kyle and noticed how well reviewed the Brake Specialists in Buda was. I had the vehicle towed to them and they replaced my brake master cylinder within 3 hours of getting the vehicle. I was thrilled how fast they got it done. I ended up making my date down in San Antonio.
Treated my wife great. Aaron & Anshan are awesome. – I was out of town and wouldn't you know it my wife's Jeep went down for the count. I had her tow it over to the Brake Specialists in Buda. They got the vehicle checked out and it had blown its head gaskets. They talked to my wife and me about the situation. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions.
