Amazing and a real community service store. Peter, Donald, and James were the kindest, most thoughtful staff I've ever met. My first time at an auto repair store and they explained every step to me, even with all of my beginner questions they were incredibly patient and accommodated any concerns I had about payment plans going forward. Can't sing enough praises about the employees of this store.
Had a problem with lug nut studs on a road trip and the team was able to get us in and repaired ASAP. They went out of their way to get the purple Jeep back on the road.
Hey Kenta here, Eric is the man! He was at the store on Fort Apache in Las Vegas! break pads and rotors were going bad he somehow fixed rotors and I only had to pay for the break pads! The service was great they said 2-3 hrs and it was only a hour and a half smooth process great employees and fast service what a great guy also thanks Eric! I’ll be back in two weeks to replace my rotors!
I had an amazing experience with this Brake Masters location a few weeks ago and will now come here for all my car needs, including oil changes and tire rotations. They repaired a frustrating wheel stud issue caused by Discount Tire and they did it for a very reasonable price. They were in constant communication with me on the diagnosis and repair so I felt they were more honest and trustworthy than other shops I’ve been to. Would 100% recommend this specific location!
