The manger Michael is a jerk very rude I have 5 vehicles and will never take any of them back , they also forgot to tighten my oil drain plug and almost cost me a motor ,Horrible service .
The waiting area was clean and there was always someone at the office for questions. Was able to get right in and was finished in a couple of hours. I need a new brakes and front drums on the truck because I tow all the time. Resurfacing the drum wasn't available so I had to get new drums which probably is the best thing for the truck after 200,000 miles.
