Fast, friendly and decent prices
Bait and switch. They advertised a $44.95 full synthetic oil change special for EOS members. When I arrived, the technician tried to upsell me to their "premium" package. I explicitly declined and stated I only wanted the $44.95 special. My vehicle takes one extra quart of oil, so I expected my total to be around $55 to $60 with taxes, shop fees and fees.Instead, my invoice came out to nearly $78-$80. Tried twice, I really wanted to like this shop. It's my local shop and really close to me. But Once again they have proved to have Dishonest Technicins. Came in for an alignment after performing suspension work on my vehicle personally. I know my car inside and out. Yet they tell me the car is Unsafe, due to broken front lower control arm bushings. Came in for a regular oil change, they couldn’t even install the skid plate back on currently. Had to go to a different location for them to fix it. The service advisor Michael Gruentzel sent me a link while I was waiting in the lobby saying that my rear shock was leaking. This was not true at all. He didn’t even have the decency to come talk to me in person. They just left my car in the front and I had to wait about 15 mins for someone to come back into the front lobby to give me my keys.
They were really rude to me, it was my first time coming in. They were being lazy and didn’t want to give me the service I asked for. Bad overall experience.
