Great place and staff. They were able to install an aftermarket exhaust and difficult mudflap install (needed to remove rear wheels) by my request, despite being a maintenance/service focused shop. Also the previous oil change went smooth here too. Trustworthy and well communicated experience here. Austin up front was great and mechanics did quality work. Will return for future needs.
Went in for an alignment after doing some suspension work, turned out it was already good and didn’t charge me anything for looking
I requested to have my tires filled and rotated. My front driver's side tire was 36 psi and I only filled that one right before I came in because I was testing my new air compressor. When I left my front left tire was still 36psi and all my other tires were still low pressure, indicating they didn't fill them and didn't rotate them. This is the second time this has happened to me and has happened to my wife as well. I paid for a full service and did not receive a full service.
