Not organized. Got a quote to replace a belt tensioner. Was told to bring the car in 8:00 next morning. They didn’t reserve the time which resulted in atonal wait time. But the good news is they finished the job. I always have confidence in their workmanship
At minimum I would use caution with this place. I just needed air in my tires (ambient temperature drop and the tires needed some air) it was before 8am so Discount was still closed. I pulled up to one of the open garage doors and asked the man adding water to a cooler if I could get air in my tires. His response was that they do not have air.
