No shenanigans here... straightforward honest service from the whole crew there including Greg Harter, John and Freddy. An honest shop is hard to find...
Always explains service and reviews cost prior to repair. Rock springs store has always done right by us, so much so that we moved and are willing to Drive the 45 minutes to use that particular store. Even though, there is another one about 10 minutes from us.
I want to thank the special crew at Rock springs location. GREG AND TRAVIS went above and beyond. They truly care about their patrons. My engine looks cleaner now then when I bought it They dropped me at home and picked me Up due the day long intense servicing needed. They came in below budget and could not have been nicer or more professional. I would like to make a special gesture to special people. I would like to thank you by buying lunch for the crew.
