I've been going to this Brake Masters for several years and have always been happy with their service. Staff is great and I never get bombarded with upselling.
I was low on funds and still needed my brakes done, and Break Masters worked with me instead of pushing the most expensive option. They saved me money by resurfacing (smoothing) the rotors instead of replacing them, which cut the cost a lot and still got the job done right. The staff explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and the car stops smoothly now. Really appreciated the honest help when my budget was tight. Highly recommend.
Adyanna went out of her way to accommodate me by picking me up in her personal vehicle when my CR-V was ready. She also thoroughly explained the alignment corrections that had been made. I’ve owned a business for 36 years and have had numerous employees over the years, so I know how to recognize a great employee. Adyanna is definitely a keeper and, in my opinion, has the potential to be an excellent manager. Her customer service, initiative, and professionalism are a real asset to your organization.
I've been taking my truck to brake masters for all my service needs, and they've always been very pleasant to deal with. And i've always taken very good care of me.
