I just had maintenance on my 20121 Malibu. Adyanna Badilla is awesome. She is calm, cool, and collected. The store is run efficiently...each customers' problems are addressed without feeling like rushed. Adyanna is truly an asset to the company. Lived here 23 years and always go ti Brake Masters!

Dishonest and untrustworthy - my mom took her car here for struts/shock replacement/repair , The mechanic’s name was “Lionel” they charged her 1300$ for sloppy work and loose mount -left her to drive around like that on these awful Tucson roads!! dangerous and so inconsiderate. Thank God for the honest mechanic she found that fixed their awful work and thank God for the honest individuals in this world! Unfortunately they wont be found here!!
