Love NOT being treated like a woman who doesn’t ‘understand’ her own diesel 4X4!
I live in Los Angeles and plan my oil changes around visits to family in Lake Havasu. It is half the price and the service is always fast and friendly. As I was sitting in the lobby, I overheard how much the staff cared about the customers - especially when a car became a bigger project. They want to do right by the customer.
The people that work at Brake Masters was very friendly and helpful. Ryan was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. Mike, the mechanic, was amazing and went out of his way taking care of the small details, which other mechanics would bypass. I highly recommend Brake Masters in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
They took my car in right on time, completed the oil change and tire rotation and I was on my way in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and efficient!!
Excellent service!! Do not hesitate to look to these folks for guidance and assistance. Needed AC recharge and this establishment took us immediately without an appointment. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. Lovely and honest staff. We will be looking to this establishment for future needs!! Thank you!
