Very friendly and knowledgeable
We used to use this place for regular oil changes and maintenance. Once we went for a battery change where they charged us for the battery and never replaced it; leaving us stranded on I-10 when the start stop system on our 2020 Subaru forester caused the car to shut off and there was not enough charge to start it up again. That was the first warning but they apologized and gave some vouchers. Teresa took a great job of me at the front desk very kind. The mechanic who worked on my car did a great job with my wheel alignment and told me the honest truth that I do need tie rods and potentially control arms because he heard specific noises and warned me about it. Its makes sense the outer tie rods is what controls the movement. Overall first time I’m very happy and satisfied.
Vehicle was not fixed properly and made the problems worse. My parents took in their Lexus for new shocks, and they were told to use Lexus parts. They didn’t, got the car back and it had to be returned 7 times to Brake Masters and the problem was never fixed. SEVEN TIMES!!!! Diego (manager)continued to give my parents the run around, telling them there were other issues, running up the bill.
