Vincent Bertling, the manager, explained the details of what happened to my brake ABS and got a cost estimate for a fix even though parts were not available. His explanation and patience helped a great deal. They also were able to replace all 4 rotors while I waited and in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend this shop.
They lied so many times about so many things….I lost count. They drove my car before it was fixed, possibly destroying the engine. They lied about it. But I had proof. They charged four times the national average for a simple repair and returned a car that was most likely useless. It was a nightmare. They are a nightmare.
I just had my breaks replaced here about 4 months ago. Long story short I had to take it back x2 for rattling and squealing after new breaks and rotors were placed. They fixed squealing stopped for about 2 weeks. Took my car to another place and come to find out they had put the back breaks on the front causing my car now to need rotors spined and new breaks placed.
