My wife tried to take our car to these folks to just get a simple front end alignment. The first time they told her they can't do it because some of the parts on the steering system are loose. My wife said OK I'll let my husband fix that and I'll be back. They quoted her $1,100 dollars to do this job. It cost me under $500 with the purchase of the special tools needed to get the old pitman and idler arms off. After putting in all new parts my wife took it back to have it aligned.
