This is a company that you can truly trust. They have been taken care of my family's vehicles for years. Today in Arizona in July in this heat my battery went out. My car was completely dead and Brandon arranged for them to bring me a battery and just saved the day. You don't get customer service like this anymore. All these guys go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I will always always use this company
Update: Jerry is gone and new staff did an excellent job fixing my older truck's AC for $100 less then Big O quoted. It blows as cold as a brand new vehicle now! (Their work became sloppy, had to return for fixes and clean ups. Gave them another try and Jerry wouldn't honor a "free A/C check with recharge" coupon on this store's website so I won't be back.)
Took my car in there to get some work done. And they backed it into another vehicle, and I've been waiting since February for a check to fix the damages to my vehicle, and every time I call, they say they're working on it. And I never hear anything back right
