Although I only went in for an oil change, I ended up needing drive belts replaced. Not what I was expecting however, I was so glad that this problem was discovered since I had to drive out of town the next day. There were two things that the guys at Brake Masters did exceptionally well, aside from the work done. The first thing was a complete check of my car, not just throwing the car on a rack and changing the oil. The second thing was showing me a picture of the problem. I always take my vehicle for service there. They really do a great job working on my vehicle. I highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle for well-done service fixed on the spot. I would recommend talking to Mr. Greg Cardenas, the store manager. He’s a very nice guy and really takes care of the customer service there. 10 out of 10 for everything they do there.
My cars alternator died on the highway and we luckily chose to get it towed here. Luckily, because the service ended up being excellent and the price fair. Greg was extremely professional and made everything a pleasant experience. Also a fast turnaround!
The manager Greg and his staff were very helpful and personable. They are real people who helped me identify the priorities that needed attention first. I would highly recommend them.
Made an appointment to have my brakes done. Rodrigo met me and got things started. They took my truck in and started to work on the brakes. 20 minutes went by and he came up to me and wanted to show me something on my truck. 2003 Toyota Tundra. Drum brakes and pads.
