I received excellent customer service both in person and on the phone. Super pleased when I was told by Mike at the front desk, that he would not sell me brakes when I didn't need them. Most mechanics and most shops will just tell you you need the job done anyway. I am Thankful and feel so blessed to have encountered these wonderful people today.
