The guys here are great . Came in with my rear brake pads completely shredded . Needed new rotors and pads … They were quick and got the job done . Honestly expected to pay a lot more and left spending less than I expected . They checked out a few things and communicated clearly what I needed to keep an eye on. Headed back next week for my oil change ! Robert and Joe really helped me out !
Wonderful service and great customer service. I needed my car battery installed and so many places were either denying me or trying to scam me. I’m a broke college student, and also not well-versed with cars. Robert and Joe were amazing, didn’t try to take advantage of my situation. I highly recommend coming here! I was a little iffy because of my past experience with other tire shops but when I got there they made me feel at ease there were polite their respectful they including everything that's going on with your vehicle I recommend brake Masters to anyone everyone who's having difficulty with your car thank you brake Masters
I went here and was pleased with the management. I was returning after a nightmare ordeal and just ended up being lied to. If the manger didn't want to serve me he could have just said so. I would have taken my business elsewhere. It took me over a month to get the funds approved to get my repair done to be slapped in the face. I was lied to told corporate flag my account not to work with me and corporate told me it was the manger who didn't. Either way there was no need to be dishonest. Lesson learned.
