I came in to have one of my headlights replaced. They anticipated that it would be done during the same day as they only needed a few hours to work on it. It was supposed to just need a bulb. After further investigation, it needed a new ballast. They had to order it. The agreement was for them to give me my car back until the part came. I needed my car. They didn’t do that.
