I went early in the morning well I say around 8:50 a.m. It wasn't nobody in the line I was in and out of there within 7 minutes I didn't even have to make an appointment

We waited 30 min because he said we were next and he was working on another car. Then he said we wouldn't pass because of the damage to the car. At least there was no charge.
