I originally did Brainwave Optimization over 4 years ago. My problems were that I had trouble sleeping and also had anxiety. FOUR YEARS LATER THE RESUTLS ARE STILL HOLDING. I am not anxious and I sleep like a baby. Just recently I did a tune up just because I wanted to. It is very rejuvenate for my mental well-being but not because I needed it for my original insomnia. I always recommend Dr. Stewart Edrich for Applied Kinesiology, chiropractic, nutrition and Brainwave Optimization.
my husband has ADD and i was looking for something else for him than taking medication. He did 12 sessions with Dr.Stewart. It's been 2 months now. My husband still not organizing well but definitely i can see he is more calm and self-control. Staffs were very nice and Dr.Stewart was very helpful. I believe this Brain optimization is plus to my husband.
My daughter participated in the Brainwave Optimization. She did extremely well during the several day cycle. Afterwards, we monitored her for several weeks. She didn't have an instant change. She began to notice that she could concentrate better after about a week. I noticed the changes after about a month and a half.
