Over the last 18 months, my partner was a patient at the facility in Central Park. He received incredible instruction and care for swallow and speech. Jordan's professionalism and compassion was incredible. Her teaching and facilitation thereof was tremendous. I highly recommend Brainstorm Therapy Services for any patients wishing to recover from TBI or stroke. Huge Gratitude to Jordan and one and all at Brainstorm. You are much appreciated. FIVE STARS

I was referred to Brainstorm Therapy services by Kaiser Permanente early March 2025. Two months later, I still can’t get an intake, let alone commence with services. They work Monday to Thursday’s and have very limited availability. Brainstorm Therapy services are also very slow to respond (email responses take over a week typically or result in me following-up) - to the point that I’m chasing them. I was referred to Brainstorm for diagnosed memory problems. I have met virtually with Natalie Bowman weekly for about 6 months. She has guided me through many ways to work with my memory deficiency and together we have developed many strategies to help me. As a health professional, I give Natalie Bowman/Brainstorm 100% grade. Natalie is an exceptional speech therapist and an incredibly kind and compassionate person. My now three-year-old son worked with Natalie for over a year, and the progress he has made is amazing. When we started around his first birthday, he had only one or two words and was becoming increasingly frustrated by his inability to communicate. Thanks to Natalie's expertise, my son is now speaking in full sentences and is much happier overall. I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. She is a truly wonderful.

We've been going to Brainstorm Therapy to see Jordan for several months now and there is so much I appreciate about the experience. Jordan has the ability to make the sessions fun for my children while still maintaining focus on the actual goal of learning proper speech sounds. My seven-year-old's speech has improved considerably, with folks that we see regularly but not often pointing out how much more clearly they can understand him. I'd highly recommend Jordan for speech therapy services.
