I wish there were more stars than 5. Chris, the director of this facility has got to be one of the hardest working men in this world and he truly cares about his patients. His whole staff is wonderful! My hope is that TMS becomes more widely available to all patients because it’s life changing.
Thanks for informing me of my copayments after my treatment was completed, I thoroughly regret ever trying to get help from this facility. The mental anguish due to my surprise bill is sure to reverse any progress I had “made” in my treatments. Thanks for wasting so much of my time and now money, so basically thank you for worsening my mental state.
If I could leave more stars, I definitely would!! TMS changed my life for the better after suffering with depression and anxiety for decades. Chris Sheperd and his team are professional and so helpful! AMAZING!!
Insurance didn't cooperate at first but everything has been going well since. Staff has been great and willing to work my crazy schedule. I'm almost halfway through my treatments and I have already seen improvement. Would recommend trying them out.
