Once the contractor got started it was a good experience.
they showed me how to use the equipment and how to understand what great product I had and made me feel great about the whole experience.
Ken was very professional. He did a great job and cleaned up after the project. He stayed with me to the end to get all the issues worked out. Great problem solver.

Did not do a good job mounting the speakers as one fell off and the others were wired wrong. They will not work with my receiver. He did not hook up the system to see if it was working properly even though I paid him to do so. Did not clean up very well and left mounts and wires laying on the couch and floor. He was here a long tome because his help was sick. My son had to help him put the TV on the wall.
They were very patience. Everything went great.
He explained all details to the project and after the install he explained how to work the system. He is very neat and clean.
The Installer was very knowlegable and friendly. He even cleaned up after installing my tv. Great Customer Service!!!
