I have seen Dr. Siddiqui for years. She is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and provides excellent clinical care. She truly cares deeply about the wellbeing of her patients. The office staff are kind and helpful. I am also a therapist in the area and have referred many of my patients to Braindocs. I highly recommend this practice!

I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Jennifer. She has been wonderful to us, and my frustration is not with her. What I am very disappointed in, however, is the way the office handled billing for an ESA letter. I was never told there would be a $30 fee, nor was I informed that my card would be charged. I only found out after checking my bank account. When I called, the only response I got was, “I assumed you knew.” As a single mom who has to count every dollar, this was incredibly frustrating. It’s incredibly difficult to get refills taken care of. Even when I called the office multiple times over multiple months, they’ll blame anyone but themselves for my prescription not being refilled. I’ve been off my medication for three months now, cold turkey, because no one seems to actually communicate with each other. Even when I called them, my insurance, and my pharmacy, nothing happens. I will share my good and bad points of this practice. Jennifer was my first Psychiatrist on my journey for better mental health. She is very nice and I liked her. She would try to fit my appointments in around my work hours. I also liked how she would get me resources and how to help me get school accommodations. She herself as a person is not my issue. I cannot recommend Kristen Shaper highly enough. It was incredibly difficult for me to open up about losing a parent while dealing with an addict parent as well, but she made the process so much easier. Her gentle and caring approach created a safe space where I felt truly heard and supported.
