Braincode is such a cool experience and very beneficial for my training and overall quality of life. You learn a lot about yourself and it really helped with my focus and stress. I highly recommend everyone try it.
I believe Neurofeedback can possibly benefit those experiencing TBI’s and disabilities; the question is—at what cost? In my experience, if you are going for anxiety, depression, to get “unstuck,” or to better sports performance and are a relatively healthy individual, RUN very far away!! If you are on the fence about doing brain mapping - DO IT! I was skeptical when I started and my results have been amazing. There is trial and error to find the best program that works for you but it is well worth it. Everyone at the Littleton office is amazing and so great to work with. Hannah is my brain chiropractor!
