Braincode is such a cool experience and very beneficial for my training and overall quality of life. You learn a lot about yourself and it really helped with my focus and stress. I highly recommend everyone try it.
I believe Neurofeedback can possibly benefit those experiencing TBI’s and disabilities; the question is—at what cost? In my experience, if you are going for anxiety, depression, to get “unstuck,” or to better sports performance and are a relatively healthy individual, RUN very far away!!
