I hate coming on here and having to write poor reviews but this place truly is a scam. This provider was in network with my insurance and also confirmed with me via email that my insurance was in their network and that my co pay was $35. Almost a year later they claim that there was a “problem with billing my insurance” and then tried to slap me with a $285 fee. It seems I’m not the only person they’ve done this to. The front staff at brain wellness were really helpful, especially important to me as a new client. They went above and beyond to help resolve any issues. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and professional. I Definitely recommend this practice.
