The care under Dr. Ortega was excellent. She was organized, patient and informative. She connected well with the patient, which built trust. If this review was based on her alone, I would give it 5 stars. An appointment was scheduled for an initial visit to get things in order. We waited a month to be seen, which is not unreasonable. When we went in for the initial appointment, the doctor discovered that we were scheduled with the wrong doctor. We had to wait another three weeks to see the correct doctor. I hate coming on here and having to write poor reviews but this place truly is a scam. This provider was in network with my insurance and also confirmed with me via email that my insurance was in their network and that my co pay was $35. Almost a year later they claim that there was a “problem with billing my insurance” and then tried to slap me with a $285 fee. It seems I’m not the only person they’ve done this to. Wonderful. Dr Zamil is such a caring and supportive provider. He cares for his patients beyond what he is supposed to do. God bless his heart. Staff are very caring and supportive as well. Awesome care.
