Having sessions at Brain State Technologies has improved many areas of my life. The most significant change was my ability to deal with stress, I obtained an internal sense of calm with no effort on my part. I am able to remain calm in chaos around me. I now have a very welcome sense of well being, that has replaced nagging worry. I am able to fall asleep and sleep through the night and I am free of nightmares for the first time in my life. My experience has been life changing. Waking up 3-4 times each night for the past 6 months with hot flashes had left me with sleep deprivation, lack of focus and energy. After BWO, I have slept through the night on several occasions and only waking up 1 or 2 times. My sleep is deeper, I'm dreaming again a feeling more rested. Thank you BST!!! ♡
