RecommendedI was lucky to discover that the physical therapy department treats all kinds of patients not just brain and spine injury. Old knee surgeries and old football injuries had me walking and feeling years older than I am. The three ladies at the physical therapy department at Brain and Spine are miracle workers. Appointment and treatment management is seamless. I am now feeling like my old self and think I could throw on a jersey and play another season or two! I cannot thank them enough!
I was almost shocked to see a review very similar to one of my experiences when I saw Dr. Tsuji. The overly loud music. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Finished up another patients visit right in front of me while I waited in the room. I drove an hour to see him as a referral from his colleague and for nothing. The other Dr. I saw there was much better but every time I went (3 visits total) I waited over an hour and over 2 hours once and they charge patients up to $300 a visit. They refused to email a copy of a Doctor's note to me. I was shocked. Even after I explained that I live 40 miles away they refused. I never got the one that they said they mailed. Not good customer service.
Going for three years now. Awesome doctors. If you need a specialist go there
