I’ve been seeing Tracy for a couple of years and she is the BEST therapist I have ever had !!!! She is so compassionate and kind. Tracy doesn’t just sit there and listen to me and writes stuff down without any feed back like some therapist do. Tracy gives me advise and tools to work on every time I see her which is usually 1x week, she even does Zoom meetings which is convenient.You don’t have to wait weeks to get a appointment like most places do . Incredible therapists and ambiance! The DBT therapy being provided is true to the method. Everyone there seems very passionate about helping those struggling with their mental health. I would highly recommend Brain Repair for anyone dealing with depression, ptsd, bi polar, bpd, schizophrenia, etc. in the Orange County area.

I have spent most of my adult life trying to find a therapist to help with family issues, being a victim of domestic violence and help with addiction as a form of self medicating. Seeing Tracy, as my therapist, has totally changed my life. She has been an integral part of my addiction recovery and to unearth my underlying causes of addiction. For anyone who is seeking therapy, I could not recommend Brain Repair any more strongly. I would not be where I am today, which is happy, grateful and hopeful, without this help.
