She lied about whether she took my insurance. Knew full well that they would not pay because she did not qualify to be a provider, lack of certifications. Ended up paying over $900 because she waited until many appointments later to inform us that she was having problems with the insurance company, but don't worry she was working on it. She wasn't having problems, she knew she wasn't qualified, had been notified more than a year earlier by the insurance company.
