Im not one to write reviews but my mother has been dealing with the billing department with no obvious help. The staff there may be great (when she gets in) but it seems that the people in billing have no idea how to do their job. First, get the right records out for the right patient. Then get paperwork in order prior to the appointment. Oh and talking about personal information out in the lobby where everyone can hear...I believe thats totally wrong. I don't see my Doctor in the picture... But Dr. Reynolds has been my doctor since my first seizure... He is amazing we finally found the meds that are right for me... Tho we still haven't found the answers to my seizures, at least they are under control. And for that I am forever grateful! The staff is always friendly and I don't have to wait very long. Thanks! You all rock!! ❤️
I can not say enough about the care that Dr. Pandey and his staff gives me. I absolutely this love this doctor. He takes the time to explain what your problems are and the care that you need to over come them; and if you have any questions he answers to make sure you understand.
