For an office specializing in cognitive issues they show no patient care when it comes to insurance and cost. The patient they treated had an insurance that is well known to need prior authorization. It would have been a 1 minute phone call or quick fax back to the referring Dr to have this done prior to the patients appointment. hard to communicate / get in touch with office in general as they rarely answer the phone, take a long time getting back with you , and don't provide any other way other than a request to email on the website which doesn't allow you to send a message. felt pretty underwhelmed by the whole experience. i got a vague memory issue diagnosis. dr. spent maybe 5-10 min with me, the rest of the time was with someone else running the test. their best suggestion was to start a calendar to help with memory issues as if i don't already ... read more
