The practitioners I have seen here have been wonderful, however their administration/reception team seem incredibly disorganised - to a point where something simple like trying to booking in for a follow up appointment is made to be unnecessarily difficult.
I had a generally positive experience with Dr. Robyn McGregor over the first couple of sessions. She seemed attentive and helpful. However, the last session felt off—it seemed unnecessarily prolonged, as if there was an intent to extend the appointment time without clear need. What really made the experience stressful was the billing. I paid the full session fee out of pocket on the day, but weeks later, I received a text asking for payment again. Ive seen Dr Robyn McGregor for years, I feel truly blessed and thankful for such an incredible, highly educated and experienced Doctor.
I've been seeing Dr Chung for years now, ever since I was unemployed/underemployed in my 20s. I'm now in my 30s and work in app development at CBA. Plus I have a boyfriend and have put money down on an OTP apartment! How people rate him seems to be dependent on what their expectations are for mental health services.
