I love this clinic. The admin team is incredibly attentive, helpful, and caring. They have always been quick to respond to any questions and have made the ongoing administrative side of my treatment so much easier. They are especially helpful when it comes to organising prescription refills and ensuring my Medicare rebates are renewed, making what could be a stressful process feel seamless. I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Tessa Tan and this clinic at all costs. My experience here was a masterclass in unprofessionalism. My biggest concern is the complete disregard for patient confidentiality. During my visit, my private medical diagnoses were announced aloud in the reception area in front of a room full of other patients. For a psychiatric clinic to commit such a severe privacy breach is appalling. The clinical approach also felt severely outdated. Dr Robyn McGregor is one of the most beautiful, kindest souls you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly patient, accommodating and supportive. Seeing her is the highlight of my week. I’m forever grateful for her expertise and dedication to her patients.
Terrible. Do not waste your time- literally go anywhere else. The doctor I had did not care- got me mixed up with other clients. Appointments were so quick, no real care to help me and no desire to really listen. Read me back my notes to check that she had the right person and remembered me correctly. The nicest person is the receptionist.
