How do ask me to pay the full balance of a 350.00 braided style before my appointment when I’ve already paid the deposit. Then the day of my appointment you tell me two hours before you are going out of town! So unprofessional! Do your business elsewhere! Didn’t even say when she could reschedule.

My 1st time here, I call that morning explain what desired and Ms Charlotte ask how soon I could be there. And was greeted by Ms. Charlotte she had Ms. Cookie style me. Ms. Cookie did exceptional job, and she had me out in no time at all. The ladies there are friendly. This is my go to salon. Thanks Ladies.
Exceedingly long wait time to get my daughters hair braided. We had a 1100 appointment, arrived 10 minutes earlier than appointed time and the stylist did not show up until an hour and 15 minutes after the time we were scheduled for. Also, I was told $70 for the cornrow style that I requested and at the end was told there was a $15 up charge for “stitch braids,” and they were clearly not “stitch braids.” Paid $85 overall for kids cornrows, smh. First impressions are lasting.
I recently had some micro braids done by Binta and I absolutely love her and recommend this place! Everyone there was extremely professional and pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!
