Just had my hair done. The stylist did very nice braids, but I was disappointed in the style. When I expressed this to her, she became very upset and would not listen, and blamed me for not liking my hair! She had her friend on the telephone while I was trying to speak with her, which made it even harder to communicate! Very disappointed in the stylist's customer service.
