The new Bragg CS and management team is wonderful. After working with their previous staff (who no longer work there) with little to no improvement, the new team is competent and professional and they got the heating system to work perfectly.

Bragg installed a new heating system incorrectly and then sent out inexperienced technicians to troubleshoot for a WHOLE YEAR, to no avail! A 76 year old woman nearly froze to death last winter as result. We were approved to hire an electrician to consult on their botched wiring job to get a second opinion and help identify what the problems were…and that Bragg would pay, but they took 4 months to pay after 20 phone calls... They fixed the heater, finally!!! Be cautious when hiring this company and get everything in writing.

Scheduling was easy and flexible with Carrie, and Chance was right on time for inspection. He clearly laid out options for repair or replace of water heater. Next day, Chance and Jose got entire tankless install done, earlier than expected. Super clean job, super courteous guys who know what they are doing. Will be calling Bragg for them again!

This company was great! They responded quickly to a late-day call, came to check the problem, and I had a new water heater the next morning. They kept me and our landlord up to date every step of the way. Would definitely use again!
