This is a very unprofessional group. I would not want them as a property manager of any property I own. When I notified them that there was water coming under my wall from the adjacent townhome that appears to have been vacate for more than a year, they simply responded that was not a hoa concern. They didn't want to help locate the owner and get the water shut off, even though they obviously have contact with the owner since they collect dues every month. The town home we lived in was fine but our experience with Braggs and Assoc. was not great. We were the first to move into one of the properties but there were some damages that needed addressing such as chipped paint and crown moldings, dented door knobs, ceiling re-patching, etc. We had a 1 yr lease and throughout that time none of the issues were reconciled. Bragg and associates have done an excellent job keeping our rental property rented and maintained. I tried to rent our rental myself to no avail. They had it rented within a couple of months, and it is now producing income. Looking for another to let them rent.
