I rarely submit bad reviews but this experience stood out. The person who contacted us to do a GE repair was rude and condescending and came right out and said they did not want our business. This is business for a repair on a GE refrigerator that is 3 months old. I would never recommend this business to anyone because our experience was so bad.
Purchased a new refrigerator in 2020 which started frosting over after 3 months. Called GE Warranty and was assigned out to Bragdon. First service all he did was open back cover and defrost it stating he couldn't be sure of cause. Three months later had to return and defrost a 2nd time and said he would have to order parts as he doesn't have on stock. 4 months later still did not have the right parts when he arrived and then simply left when I asked why. Very abusive and rude (possibly drunk) to my elderly Mother...she was really shaken....stay away...
GE appliances scheduled them to do a warranty repair on a refrigerator. Apparently they were overbooked the day they were supposed to come. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know they weren't coming. I waited all day here for nothing. Useless business.
